Perth Scorchers fast bowler Jason Behrendorff sustained a left lower leg fibula stress fracture during last week’s Sheffield Shield match between the Alcohol.Think Again Western Warriors and Queensland Bulls.
Behrendorff returned to Perth last week and Scorchers medical staff expect that he will be unavailable for a period of approximately four to six weeks.
Behrendorff has commenced a rehabilitation program with a view to being available for the second half of the KFC Big Bash League.
