What's On - Perth Scorchers v Hobart Hurricanes BBL|13

Cheer on the Perth Scorchers in the first home match of KFC BBL|13! Head to Optus Stadium on Wednesday 20 December to watch us take on the Hobart Hurricanes. Gates open at 2:45pm with first ball at 4:15pm. At this match we will celebrate our grassroots cricket community and the coming home of the BBL|12 champions.

WACA, Champions Club and 1885 Club Members:  

It is recommended you enter Optus Stadium via Gate B.

WACA Members have access to the Members Reserve, located on the northern side of Optus Stadium, accessible via Lobbies 107 and 126. Unreserved seating within the Reserve can be found between Sections 112-124 on Level 1 and 511-525 on Level 5.

Champions Club is located in the Victory Loung on Level 2, accessible via the VIP Lobby (Aisle 119), and 1885 Club is located on the Platinum Terrace on Level 2, accessible via the lift or stairs at Lobby 107.

Throughout match day, all Members have access to the Members Lounge located in the River View Room on Level 4.

Please enter via any gate and sit in your allocated seat on Level 1 or 3. Throughout the match day, Scorchers Members also have access to the Members Lounge located in the River View Room on Level 4.

Members Match Day Exclusive:

Will Schofield and Dan Constable from BackChat Studios will be conducting a live post-match podcast in the River View Room with a Perth Scorchers player. WACA and Perth Scorchers Members will have an exclusive viewing of the podcast before it is released to the general public. Hear Backchat dissect the game, the most interesting moments and get to know the player!

Our first home BBL|13 game is our community match where we will celebrate clubs, volunteers, coaches, umpires, participants and more. Catch the pre-match community guard of honour and performance by the Variety Children’s Choir.

Head to the Southern Oval for our free Perth Scorchers Fan Zone from 3:15pm!

Activities include face painting, airbrush tattoos, inflatable cricket net (weather permitting), partner activations and more. We can’t wait to see you there (and neither can Blaze and Amber!).
